Without limitation, images, logos and
tradenames contained on any Azon Web
Site, namely, www.azonintl.com, as well
as our other URLs (www.warmedge.com,
www.azonkorea.com) hereinafter all
identified URLs are collectively
referred to as the "Site", may not be
utilized for any unauthorized purpose.
This would include, but not be limited
to uses such as a trademark or service
mark, or for any pornographic use,
unlawful purpose or use, or to defame
any person, or to violate any person's
right of privacy or publicity, or to
infringe upon any copyright, trade name,
trademark, or service mark of any person
or entity associated with the Azon
companies. Images of person's depicted
on the Site have been model-released for
this purpose only. "Model released"
means that the person(s) depicted in the
image has signed a release permitting
reproduction for displaying on this web
site only and the image depicting such
person, subject to the restrictions
contained in this Agreement, including
without limitation sensitive subject
uses. Unauthorized use of any images of
objects or people constitutes copyright
infringement and shall entitle Azon to
exercise all rights and remedies under
applicable copyright law, including an
injunction preventing further use and
monetary damages against all users and
beneficiaries of the use of such images.
Azon in its sole discretion reserves the
right to exercise any legal action to the
fullest extent of the law of any
unauthorized use, in addition to any
other fees, damages, or penalties Azon
may be entitled to under any applicable
law. Downloading any image to a computer
from the Site would constitute
infringement. The foregoing is not a
limiting statement of Azon's rights or
remedies in connection with any
unauthorized use.
